15th May 2005 Kite surfing: borth golf course Wind Direction: nw Wind Stength: ok Surf / Sea State: flat Air Temperature: warmish Sea Temperature: ok Weather: sunshine Max Speed: Distance Covered: after missing the morning sesh in the estuary ,turning up for a late breakfast and about to pump up the 20;;;oh the wind changed in an instant to NW. off to the front with Andy. Marky p and brummy Mark joined in later and i had a good sesh except for when again i pulled the same muscle ( yes dont laugh i have one) in the lower back attempting back pool transitions. oh Ren has christened the van; Norman. dont know why but i'm not arguing. |
